Trading and Hedging Strategies with Investment Analysis using Excel SIG for 40 hours was conducted from 20th Feb, 2023 to 16th March, 2023 with the aim to make students skilled and after completion Students were successfully able to:

  • Understand the basics of Stock Market and how it works
  • Differentiate between trading and investing
  • Understand Technical Charts and their patterns for trading
  • Use financial derivatives to hedge stock positions

No. of Students who registered for SIG were 107. The total count of students who successfully completed the SIG was 25.

They were made aware that in today’s era, it is very important to understand different instruments to park your savings. It opened up a new form of maintaining and analysing our asset allocation. But within just the past few years, the importance of financial awareness has become something else. The final test was objective based and was conducted on 19th April 2023.

Students were explained important concepts of Stock Market Analysis and were given hand-on experience. The resource person is Mr. Hanish Kukreja.
