Indore Institute of Management and Research had conducted one basic course on entrepreneurship. The objective of this course was to make students aware about Entrepreneurship as a preferred career choice. A quiz was conducted to clear all myths about entrepreneurship and make them understand the mindset required for entrepreneurship.
In the second part of the session, newspaper exercise was conducted. Students enjoyed this brainstorming session and tried to list business ideas. Subsequently, students segregated the ideas on the basis of sectors and done on the back of envelop calculation to complete the first step of ideas evaluation.
Besides, information was also provided to students about clusters, industrial parks, industrial areas, complexes, Export oriented zones, and support of different agencies in setting up of start-up venture.
