The objective of this session was to make students aware about the importance of business Analytics. The session was organized on December 18, 2023 between 11:30 to 12:30 PM in Seminar Hall 2 at IIST.
The resource person of the session was Dr. Somendra Pant (Director, Akal Business School, Akal University, Talwandi Sabo, India). Dr. Pant talked about the recent and past studies which make analytics especially Business Analytics as a backbone of today’s analytical world. His session was well received by MBA students as it was highly interactive talk.
There were more than 50 students present during the session of IIMR. MBA III semester students were involved in organizing the session. Principal IIMR, Dr. Aradhana Chouksey welcomed the guest by her welcome speech. Also, Dean Research Dr. Rakshita Puranik madam welcomed him by presenting bouquet and memento. At the end, Coordinator Dr. Reshu Agarwal presented vote of thanks.
