Sheroes sewa social welfare society, Laghu Udyog Bharati, and Phoenix Citadel organized Women summit on 28th and 29th November, 2023 and in which Entrepreneurs meet was organized for Women. In which Prof.(Dr.) Aradhana Chouksey, Principal, IIMR was invited as Guest speaker and her topic was Government funding schemes for startups and new ventures. 300 women attended the program and feedback of session of women entrepreneurs was like that they find the session very informative and wanted detailed information of funding schemes and eligibility etc.and emphasize on one to one interaction with the speaker.The objective of workshop was to spread the awareness about Entrepreneurship with Womens. The speaker of this session was Dr.Aradhana Chouksey, Principal IIMR emphasized that the first quality of Entrepreneur is to think correctly and clearly. She interacted with women participants about wisdom and life experience.
\She also highlighted various aspects of leadership, such as strategy vs. tactics, worst vs. best outcome, thinking from various perspectives, insight + foresight, and discussing before making decisions. The speaker emphasized that leaders must think from multiple angles and consider both the best and worst outcomes before making a decision. Moreover, leaders should possess insight and foresight to anticipate future challenges and opportunities. The session was organized on 28-29th November, 2023 at Phoenix Citadel, Indore.
The speaker shared her knowledge and experience of initiatives and the challenges faced in start-ups. She also discussed about various entrepreneurship opportunities and Government funding schemes being offered by Government and How Government can assist for promoting Entrepreneurship. Dr. Aradhana shared the examples of various successful entrepreneurs and their journey towards entrepreneurship. The session received tremendous response and was attended by 300 Womens.
