Indore Institute of Management and Research (IIMR) brought the campus alive with the spirit of sportsmanship and athletic excellence during the “IIMR Sports Meet 2023-24.” Held over two days, on December 20th and 21st, the event witnessed participants from various academic disciplines showcasing their prowess in Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Pickleball, and Dodgeball.
Day 1: Inauguration and Opening Matches: The Sports Meet kickstarted with an enthusiastic inauguration ceremony graced by the Group Advisor of IIST/IIP/IIMR, Shree Arun S. Bhatnagar Sir and Prof. Dr. Aradhana Chouksey (Principal – IIMR). The lighting of the ceremonial torch marked the official commencement of the event, symbolizing the spirit of competition and fair play.

Day 2: Pickleball and Dodgeball Finals: The second day witnessed the finals of Pickleball and Dodgeball, two sports known for their dynamic and fast-paced nature.
Pickleball: The Pickleball courts witnessed intense battles, and participants displayed remarkable skill in this emerging racquet sport. The tournament showcased the growing popularity of Pickleball among students.
Dodgeball: Dodgeball, a sport combining strategy and athleticism, captivated the audience with its fast-paced and entertaining matches. Teams strategized to eliminate opponents and secure victory in a series of exhilarating games.
