With the objective to make students aware about the Intellectual property rights. The speaker of the session was Mr.Arnab Bhattacharya , Patent Examiner, National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NIPAM). Mr. Bhattacharya talked about the areas covered under the Intellectual property such as copy right, patent, trade mark and G.I. tag etc. He has also explained the process of obtaining patent or registration and the fees charged by the government. He also emphasized on the career opportunities for the management graduates in the field of Intellectual property. There were more than 65 students present during the session of IIMR. Principal IIMR, Dr. Aradhana Chouksey, HoD MBA Dr. Vishal Geete, HoD BBA Dr. Ajay Patil, Dr. Vinayak Khare and Dr. Shubhangi Jain were present during the session.
